"So conveniently close to the Manchester airport. We were able to walk over in 2 minutes. The staff was lovely and fulfilled every need we had.(extra towels and toilet tissue). The front desk recommended the Turkish restaurant at the hotel and it was delicious.
We would stay here again for sure."

"Great location. Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was well proportioned and clean. Had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant and the staff were helpful, polite and professional. Surprised at how quiet our room was considering how convenient for the airport the hotel is.
Breakfast service lasted until 11am and was delicious. Wide selection of hot and cold options too.
Courtesy bus to the airport for our train home was great although you need to remember to contact the hotel after your plane...

"Such a great location, with renovated rooms and bathrooms, delicious buffet breakfast, interesting history, and parking available directly outside (subject to availability and about £4 for 24h when purchased from reception).
I was slightly nervous to stay here after reading some of the reviews but don’t be put off. It’s a bargain and full of character and charm - you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time.
It’s owned by Champneys, and once renovations are complete I’m sure you’ll be paying...

"This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."
