"Great hotel in Columbus compared to the rest of the area. I really liked the apartment-style layout. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issues were the thin walls and check-in. We unfortunately arrived after lobby hours, and the phone number we were supposed to call did not work. The issue stemmed from booking through Expedia or any other 3rd party, so it's not really the hotel's fault for the digital key issue, but it is their fault for not having a working emergency number to call. "I travel a lot for work and pleasure. This was by FAR the worst hotel stay I have ever had. This was supposed to be a "Hampton by Hilton," and it was nowhere close to that level of comfort. Let's begin. 1. We had to ask for cleaning supplies when we checked into the room because the tub and counter were filthy. 2. The toilet paper hanger was falling out of the wall, so if we touched the roll wrong, the TP would end up on the floor. 3. The TV was not hooked up, and I could not get it to work....

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The fitness room is two treadmills and some dumbbells. The room setup was decent and the bed was comfortably soft. All of the experience was ruined with the roaches. I had to buy a can of RAID to combat that inconvenience during a holiday weekend where the hotel was fully booked."

It was there 10 minutes before 11pm and didn't know how to get staff to get keys to the room. There was a red box on the side of the office outside. It looked like a first aid box attached to the wall. A person who was walking by told me to use the box. That was there after office hours phone to get a staff member for late check...
