"This was our first time renting a cottage through VRBO, and also our first time in Newfoundland. Right from the beginning our host Danielle was very friendly and helpful. We fell in love with the little cottage by the sea from the pictures, and when we got there it didn’t disappoint. The decorations were lovely, the cottage cozy and the beds were comfy. I can see it being a little difficult to get around in if someone has balance or mobility issues as it’s an older building and has uneven...

"Beautiful 'round the bay' home. There are several interesting shops and restaurants nearby, the butcher next door was really unexpected. The house is very well stocked, it is close to the road but didn't find it overly loud, loved the eclectic art."

"Do not stay here! I want it all to myself!!!What an amazing piece of heaven. I wil be coming back very soon!"

"Stunning property in a gorgeous area. We had a toddler with us, and the proximity to that sweet beach (ducks!) was perfect. So were the amenities at the property, from the kids toys to the hot tub to the spices and snacks. The house is a perfect size for 4 adults, and the art and decor is lovely and unique."

"Enjoyed our stay here a lot. The kitchen was stocked with equipment, the rooms were comfortable, the living area was great and the view out the window was lovely. There aren’t a lot or restaurants nearby, but we were out touring so found them there. If you aren’t looking to tour, be sure to bring groceries or stop along the way. "

"This was a wonderful location for our stay. The accommodations were very clean and the view was breathtaking. Nathan was quick to answer any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Tammy’s place is just as lovely as the pictures with lots of little extras. A nice comfortable place to get away with family and friends. A few minutes drive to the beach and a great location to explore other areas like Carbonear and surrounding areas. I’d highly recommend it. "
