"Booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was fine at first until the little critters came out. To find we had rubbish bins behind our bedroom. At least 4 bins. Gross. "Staff were excellent and very friendly. Very helpful and accommodating allowing us to leave luggage there and park early.
Room was relatively tidy, the curtains did not close fully and let a lot of light in. TV did not work well with only 2 channels working. Had a few odd stains on the bed sheets.
Overall though a good stay."

But it’s not so difficult at all as it was paid online via Paymate. A reminder before the booking might be helpful. Again, the stay at the hotel was good."

The staff are so lovely and the rooms are always in impeccable condition with a wide variety of ammenities that I still keep being pleasantly surprised by. I always reccommend Totara Lodge when friends and family mention wanting to find lodging near Wellington and have yet to hear any bad reviews from them either!"

"This is a great place to stay- central location to surrounding areas, shopping and eateries in Petone. We used parking facility and felt this was a great option due to limited parking in area. We felt very safe in this facility. Staff are very polite and helpful.
Our room was very clean and noted some cracked tiles in bathroom which have been highlighted with management.
We will definitely stay there again"
