"We truly enjoyed our stay here! This 2 bedroom hall and kitchen house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — Christine made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and seamless experience. We were a family of 6 people (3 generations) that stayed for three weeks, during which we cooked, cleaned, watched TV, and explored the Bay Area. It genuinely felt like a home away from home.
The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe, which added to our peace of mind throughout the stay.

"We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations.
It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. We were just over half an hour away from South San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the Tri-Valley, all of which were destinations...

"This is a beautiful, brand-new space. It was very clean, and it has all of your basic kitchen needs covered. Nice bedding, and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable, the climate controls were easy to use, and the bathroom had a wonderful shower with great pressure and plenty of hot water. Parking is on the street. "We two had an excellent stay at this charming and spacious property in Emeryville, minutes from the San Francisco Bay Bridge. The king size bed was comfortable, closet space plenty large. The living room and dining room had tasteful furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything worked. The jetted tub in the bathroom was a real plus. Everything to like and nothing to complain about."

"This is a very cute cozy house with lots of interesting art and decorations. The bathroom sink was beautiful!I greatly appreciated was that our host was ok with us having a few folks over. For those who attended it worked well and we were all comfortable. It is in an amazing location, all kinds of wonderful restaurants and shops on Solano Avenue which the house is half a block from. We would come back here again!"
