"We had a fantastic stay here. The house was very spacious and had all the utilities we needed. The house is very clean and well kept and our host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We were able to access Yosemite easily from the house as well. The house was also close to restaurants and the supermarket in Groveland. I would definitely stay here again!"

Highly recommend the area.The house was clean and comfortable, with "nice to have" items in the house: electronic chargers, reference materials for local establishments and places to explore. "

"Excellent location. Truly a beautiful valley. The ranch that is nearby is gorgeous. The grounds are pretty too. Very quiet and peaceful. The home inside however is run down. Bed is awful…super hard and has a dent in the mattress from usage. Cabin was not particularly clean. Couch was gross…laid towels on it to sit. Screen had a huge hole in it. Cook ware or kitchen stuff was similar to bad used thrift store stuff. Hot water in kitchen did not work. Coffee maker smelled like mold. So...

"It was clean.The issues that i had: Even though pets were allowed they were not really welcomed. There were signs everywhere to not allow them on the furniture or the beds. The house is full of signs on what you cannot do and what you cannot steal. "

The host communicated with us well and sent all instructions we needed The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. There were deer that visited in the backyard each morning and were delightful to see. "This home was beyond beautiful, inside & out! Every detail was thought out, from the many windows that bring in natural light, to the countless light fixtures for options in the evening, to the warm cozy fireplace which was perfect during the rain. We loved it all! The house is very well kept and clean. We were thankful to have deer and turkey to watch from the wrap-around porch. We will certainly return in the future! "
