"Excellent location, next to a lovely park by the beach. Our room was spotless and we even had a little seating area outside our room. Lovely and quiet at night. Parking was the trickiest bit in terms of getting luggage to/from the car park (a 7-8 minute walk) but we'd only gone for a night so we were able to do it all in one go."

"The only reason for the lower condition rating is the visible mould around the master bedroom window which needs remediation. The new wooden wardrobe in that room is currently unusable due to a strong musty smell. Aside from this, the barn is beautifully presented with many thoughtful details. "The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"A last minute stay was made so comfortable in Adam’s cabin. Quite, warm, spotlessly clean in a location that made walking to see my daughter and access to the town centre so easy. Adam was very prompt in replying to questions and very accommodating when I had to change my visit at the last minute. Would stay again."
