"We got into our room for the night. Within the first 15 minutes of lying in bed, I started to get itchy and noticed hives. After several bites, I turned on the flashlight on my phone and checked the bed and pillows. There were tiny little bugs crawling around on both the bed and pillow. I jumped in the shower to wash them off. I had several bites on my arm and face. Got absolutely no sleep."

"Our room was so clean - everything looked like new - if you like a firm mattress this one was good - I like semi firm so sleeping was a bit tough. The staff were so friendly upon our arrival and were there to help in any way the could. Breakfast was hot and very good - there was even a waffle maker -eggs bacon sausage - etc. Very happy it wasn't the usual continental breakfasts. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It was also close to attractions and shopping."

"Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and was decorated so cutely! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the dining room had great vibes. The location was great for a trip to Loon. This would also be a great place in the summer to explore the area!"

"We had an issue with a third-party booking, and it took about 30 minutes for staff to locate the reservation I made for my family and get us a room. Be careful when relying on the pictures on Expedia, as they may not accurately reflect every section of the property. If you stay on the North side, the rooms are newer and amazing. The South side, however, definitely shows its age. Despite that, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were exceptionally clean throughout our stay"
