Trevose - one bedroom apartment in quiet seaside village.

This ground floor one bedroom suite has direct access to a patio area and garden allowing leisurely morning breakfasts in the sun. The living area has been completely remodelled to give you loads more space to stretch out and relax, curl up under our soft throws in the evening and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine. Stunning decoration, underfloor heating and a really powerful shower make the new en suite shower room a joy to behold. We can add to that a double and a single bed in the bedroom, so whether you're a couple, or just a couple of friends, this suite is perfect. At Gwithian Holidays we offer a selection of superb accommodation for up to five people. Our four popular apartments, named after Cornish lighthouses, sleep from one to five guests with a choice of one or two bedrooms. Three of the apartments have a bath/shower/wc while the fourth has a modern walk-in shower. All have fully equipped kitchens, dining areas and Lounges with Tv/Dvd players. Linen, towels, electricity and central heating are included in the tariff. Wifi is provided free of charge. Gwithian Holidays has a parking space for each apartment. Thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, clean lines and a modern style are the order of the day here. So, after a day exploring the magical Cornish coastline, you can be assured that all you need to do is sit back and relax in these perfect surroundings. There is a good choice of eateries within easy distance but should you decide to eat in, your kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you'll need. An additional feature of these spacious holiday homes is the popular mature garden and barbecue area - the perfect place for the children to play or for you to relax after enjoying all that Cornwall has to offer. What's more, with full central heating throughout, you can enjoy a stay here at any time of the year!

Very nice stay

Set in a good area not far from the sea, not far from St Ives and other resorts. Good amenities in the apartment, comfortable beds.

Lovely appartement perfectly located close to the beach

On arrival in Gwithian we were greeted very nicely and with lots of helpful tips from Tyson. We also received a comprehensive description of the surroundings and possible activities in advance, so we were already looking forward to many visits to cafés and towns on the coast. The location of the flat is perfect for a surfing holiday, you can be at the beach in just a few minutes walk. We had a very nice, quiet and relaxing time, we enjoyed our stay very much. :)

Disappointed! We left a note to this effect in the property, but in short:- horribly musty smell everywhere- mould on towel (photo below)- spiders/cobwebs everywhere (I accept there’s bound to be some of this, but it just wasn’t that clean)- no dustpan and brush- hoover stank!- blood spatters on bathroom tiles (photo below)- no information pack. I understand trying to avoid wasting paper, but isn’t it negligent to provide literally no documentation about heating/kitchen appliances? Our neighbours came asking us for help because they didn’t have anything either- bins overflowing- no way to use the ice box, which was totally frozen overIf the place was sold as 2 star accommodation then fair enough, but this certainly wasn’t what was listed or what we’d hoped for. I can’t fault the owner for replying to a query about WiFi when we arrived, but I wasn’t comfortable to spend the holiday contacting him about all the things that weren’t nice. We tried to stay out of the flat as much as possible!
