    Hayden Lake Access & Boat Slip

    Guests enjoy access to Hayden Lake via a nature trail from the home. The waterfront area provides a great place to enjoy the lake, launch a day of boating, paddle boarding, swimming, or simply taking in the scenery.

    A dedicated boat slip is available for guest use during your stay. If you plan to bring a boat, please let us know prior to arrival.

    Boat trailer parking is available alongside the garage.

    Don't have a boat? Guests receive an exclusive discount on boat rentals through Hayden Lake Marina.

    Inflatable paddle boards, water toys, and lake equipment are available for guest use. We simply ask that all items be returned when finished so future guests can enjoy them as well.

    Please note that the waterfront area and dock are shared with neighboring homes. We ask all guests to be respectful of others and help keep these areas clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Great location! We loved that the property was close to so many things that were perfect for day trips with our family with young children in all directions—trips to Honeysuckle Beach, Farragut State Park, and of course Coeur d’Alene! The house was a perfect place to gather with family after a long day out exploring the surroundings. The house was well-stocked for us visiting from afar. The property manager was very communicative when we had questions.

Nice spot with easy access to everything.

Nice location that lets you feel like you have gotten away from it all but still close to everything from hiking to fishing to great golf and food.

Communicating with the owner was great, quick to reply and super helpful! The house is lovely and was perfect for our family stay. The house is up on the hill with the lake a short hike down. Great view and well equipped!! The shampoo smelled so good too! My hubby loved it lol. Clean, comfortable and very peaceful.

Very clean home with lots of space, and extras that make the stay easier. Hot tub was clean, firewood provided, all soaps and necessities stocked. Dock is a 10min walk from home, and not for tenant use, no real area to gather by the water.

We were visiting family In Hayden Lake for the 4th of July and had a perfect spot at this home!! The coffee pot was not working and had a new one delivered within an hour! Also a bag of coffee! Excellent communication and we had a wonderful time!!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean and ready. Everything worked as it should access was easy and the view was amazing! We absolutely hope to rent it again next winter!

Great house for families.

The setup was perfect with enough beds, clean, well stocked and close to the dock. Had many amenities and hosts were fantastic to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place for families

Super clean, tons of kitchen items and amenities inside made it an easy stay. Lots of space for everybody and next time I’ll bring the dog it was well suited for them. Close to town great location will stay again

The home is lovely. It has a nice view of the lake. The beds were comfortable. The yard is awesome. It was nice to have it completely fenced for the kids. We would definitely stay again.

Wow! What a beautiful location. I can’t say enough about all the deers that visit you while here. The house was cozy, clean and well stocked for all your needs. We enjoyed bbqing, sitting on the deck and relaxing. It was a great way to start our 2 week roadtrip!

Beautiful property and gorgeous home! Check in was very easy and communication with the property manager was excellent! The home is well stocked both in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us. We enjoyed exploring the property and walking down to the lake. There are also walkable neighborhoods across the street. Plenty of deer, who just hang out on people’s lawns! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Very nice property

The house is just like described . Very comfortable and clean. The hostess answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and a dog and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded. The view off the back deck is so pretty and relaxing. Thanks so much

Sweet Family Home

After flight delays and arriving in the evening after dark we we so pleasantly welcomed by a warm house with the lights on inside. This is a thoughtfully appointed home in a very nice neighborhood. We all were so comfortable in the home. It was a perfect place for a family gathering. Thank you for sharing with us! We hope to book again in the summer

Great location

Close to everything we needed on our trip. Beautiful home with nice deck area to hangout and bbq. Kids had a blast. Only negative was it seemed like guests hadn’t stayed there in a while as there was dust on dishes and gunky coffee maker so unfortunately had to pass on our morning coffee. Aside from that, everything was great.

Home away from home

Our family of 6 felt very comfortable at this property. Everyone had their own individual space and we never felt on top of each other. The views were beautiful from the deck and we loved the well stocked kitchen and updated appliances that made cooking meals easy.The one improvement could've been in the guest book letting us know what day to put out the garbage as both bins were full when we arrived. Also, in the listing letting guests know the lake is more for the view and not for swimming or hanging out there for the day.

This house was great, clean, well stocked, good mattresses, backyard fire pit was great, view was gorgeous.But...the main deck was sketchy, wood railing for steps was not secure, several steps and deck flooring need replacing, depths and height different on steps, bracing under deck doesn't look safe, upright beam is leaning slightly, no railing for the large stone rock steps, this deck is 25 yrs old and in need of an inspection.Not able to use the awning during the 95 degree weather, inoperable.Hot tub was very dirty, scum on the top with crusty scum around the edge.
