This country home is situated on 5 acres of land, and has 2600 square feet, as well as a 1,000 square feet apartment next to it. The location is very family friendly and has a 1 acre landscaped yard, with the remaining 4 acres spanning a beautiful tamarack covered hillside and meadow down below and behind the home accessed by a graveled path and is free to be explored by all guests. The property boundaries are clearly marked by fencing on all sides.

The house sleeps 9 on beds, and the apartment sleeps an additional 7 on beds. Further guests may sleep on inflatables or on couches. Dining accommodations seat 14 between an 8 person dining table, 4 person breakfast table, and 2 seat bar area, with room to add additional folding chairs to the dining table if needed. Take a break from the local attractions to a slower pace and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub or socialize by the comfortable fire pit area. enjoy provided board games, movies, play structures and garden, or arcade and games such as foosball, air hockey, and indoor basketball.

Guests can enjoy the quiet while being only 10 minutes from downtown Hayden, Triple Play, or Silverwood Amusement Park, and 20 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene. Within the yard there is an abundance of fruit - a small apple, plum, and cherry orchard (6 trees), blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries. Kids can enjoy the oversize trampoline with a safety net, slack line course, and playground.

There is U shaped driveway with two entry or exit points. We welcome you to invite additional guests who might stay in a travel trailer or other recreational vehicle on our property if there is not enough sleeping space in the residence proper. The access is simple for any size RV, as we often bring in our own 41 foot fifth wheel with ease. There is a 50 AMP power plug in and water. However, no RV dumping access is available on site - a free dump station can be found at the Kootenai fairgrounds in Coeur d'Alene, a 15 minute drive south. Please inquire if interested in bringing an RV, as an additional fee would apply.
