Overall a bit disappointing. Upon arrival the car park entry and exit system was not working which caused issues. There were queues to check in. The room we had was always cold, with a broken unusable safe and a bed which had a large spring coming through the mattress. There was quite a bit of noise ...

Hampton by Hilton York Piccadilly
Clean modern room. Decent size. Breakfast was average.... average quality products, powdered eggs. Parking is the only issue. 5 minute walk and not cheap at £28 overnight. Not the hotels fault for that but youd think in this modern era they'd negotiate a better rate.

The Little Hide - Adult Only Camping Pods
We loved our stay here! Clean and had a great sleep. Brilliant price for somewhere to stay close to York. Carpark was a little full and some bad parking meant it was a space down, but not the owners fault. Highly recommend for an affordable cute little getaway! Would definitely return

Goodramgate Apartments
Easy check in and out. Staff were friendly. Excellent location. Great for 4 to 6 people . Sofa bed was not the comfiest. Beware, parking nearby costs quite a lot for the day which we didn't expect. Overall, we would stay again as it's in the perfect location for a visit to York.
