"Clean modern cabin with all the little things you need. The kitchen area has enough appliances to make meals, and there is a vacuum and fan in the living area. The peace and quiet was amazing and took a little time for this city girl to get used to. I ran into deer just hanging out on the trail to my cabin. I will recommend to anyone who wants to go about 50% rustic, with a cabin with electricity, but can live without full plumbing."

"We do a lot of camping, so this cabin suited us well while we were visiting for a family wedding. Functional and simple!"

"Easy to access, in a quiet neighborhood. Place was clean, had plenty of sleeping spaces. Enough toys to keep a 5 and 3 year old occupied when we weren't running around town. "

"This property was absolutely amazing! Very comfortable with plenty of space for our large extended family to spread out - both inside and outside. We loved the beautiful sunsets over spirit mountain, well equipped outdoor space with paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing equipment, proximity Billings park , plenty of chairs for around the fire and grill etc. The indoor pool and game areas were such a treat. "We had a wonderful time staying at the Amnicon lodge! Everything exceeded our expectations, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy the nature. The one thing I would say is that the bathroom is a shared space with the other cabins on the property. I did not see this listed in the description, but it wasn’t really an issue for us; just good information for future guests!"

"Great place for a family gathering. Lots of room to spread out but a spacious and cozy living room to gather, play games and be together. We were unable to connect to WiFi with the home’s hot spot- my son had his along so we were able to slowly connect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was amazing!"

"Check-in process was seamless and they were always proactive about ensuring we got in okay and everything was going okay. Highly recommend!"

"More space than needed "

"It was exactly as described. We wanted a camping experience but with the comfort of a bed. It is a walk to the beach/lake like it states. The Porcupine trail to the beach is shorter but not maintained. (Wear long pants & good shoes.) We did see 1 bear during our stay on the Lake Trail, so be aware! We stayed at Solitude which is down a slope so just make sure you have no physical limitations with incline/declines. Showers are in the main lodge. Always had hot water and never a wait for the...

"Cabin and property were great. We love staying here and enjoy the nature and the lake! Many opportunities for other activities, depending on what you want to do just a car drive away. The only bad part of this trip was the pot holes on the county road, we just drove around them best we could. We will be back again!"

"They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!"
