Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, game room with pool table, air hockey table, dartboard, 55 inch TV and Xbox One with over 35 different games! Flat screen televisions in every room equipped with fire sticks or Roku! Excellent WiFi throughout the property!

Keurig coffee bar with a variety of kcups provided as well as a traditional coffee maker with coffee and filters provided. Fully stocked, gourmet kitchen featuring pots and pans, dishes, silverware, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and every spice you could think of!

Tons of family friendly and adults only board games including awesome horse racing game, giant connect four, light-up cornhole game, and Kan-jam.
Wood burning stove with large gated surround to protect any little ones. Plenty of firewood stocked by owner.

First floor master bedroom has queen bed along with sitting and vanity area. Second floor has two bedrooms with sliding doors in each bedroom going out to the back deck. Twin sized day bed also on loft of second floor as well as separate reading area. Third floor loft has children’s play area with custom built ladder and gate, also has sleeping area for an additional two adults. (Please do not leave any children in the loft unattended and make sure the gate is closed when children are in there.)
Lower level has fourth bedroom with sliding barn door to the on suite bathroom. Laundry room and game room also on lower level.
All linens, towels and complimentary toiletries provided by owner. Plenty of extra comforters, blankets, sheets, towels, etc.. clean and on-site. Ceiling fans in every room. Property is very cool at night throughout the summer.

Backyard featured brand new children’s playground filled in with rubber mulch with airplane teeter totter, three swings, and two slides! Two x-large hammocks with fairy lights surrounding both outside.
Brand new deck just built on back of house outside two upstairs bedrooms with sliding door entrances from each bedroom.
Five kayaks on site for guest use including three adult kayaks and two youth kayaks! Life jackets and beach towels provided as well! Valley View Lake within walking distance! You may kayak and swim in our lake at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
*No fishing allowed. *Guests may not use community pool.

The beautiful village of Hawley offers fine and casual dining, antique shopping, river walk trails, parks, the award winning Wallenpaupack Brewery and also offers numerous activities and festivals throughout the year.
Lake Wallenpaupack is a short drive away and boasts over 60 miles of shore line with tons of activities such as boating, fishing, water skiing, hiking and swimming.

Security cameras in front and back of property and outside of basement door, Please do not turn off. Quiet hours from 12:00 am until 8:00 am. Please be respectful of neighbors. Outside house lights must be turned off by midnight. There are four locked closets in the house. Do not attempt to open. Also the shed is locked and not a part of the rental. Do not attempt to go in. Absolutely no smoking in the house! You will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found in the house. We allow two well behaved and house trained dogs. Please do not leave unattended in house, do not allow your pets on furniture or in beds. Clean up after your pets everywhere. Absolutely no cats allowed in the house.

Property is at the top of a steep driveway. During winter months, driveway is plowed within 12 hours of snow ending. Guests should have all wheel or four wheel drive in winter or else park at the bottom of driveway and walk up to house. Do not park on neighbors property.
