"Great location, very nicely furnished unit! Sapphire is at the east end of Dover Beach so not a lot of extra traffic walking through on the beach. It's also just a few blocks from a lot of restaurants at St. Lawrence Gap. Close enough for a short walk but far right away from any noise. The Dover Market is nearby for any grocery items but we also walked up the the Massy supermarket in Worthing. It was probably a 30 minute walk which let us scout out restaurants for the week. "Came out with the family from Texas to watch daughter graduate from college and the place was perfect for our needs. There was a total of 10 people that joined and had plenty of space. Clean, relaxing and roomy would definitely come back and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing time with the family."

"Talk about space, we had lots of room to hang out and watch TV. It was nice having two living/family rooms. The extra utensils and cookware was really appreciated. I've never seen so many extra items including shampoo in a vrbo! Awesome!"

"This was an overall great place to stay! The neighborhood is beautiful, the house is also beautiful. It could have been cleaned a bit better, but overall no real complaints. The wall sized mirror in the downstairs bedroom did fall off the wall exposing a door to the water heater which was a little weird and scary to the friend staying in the bedroom! The light pole outside also fell while we were away one day. Could probably use a facelift or deep cleaning but we enjoyed our stay. There was...

"It was a great property for what we needed! A large gathering space for family to stay out of the way of the parents of the brides house! Needs a bathroom in the basement if at all possible and replace the futon with another couch? My daughter said it shouldn’t be counted as a sleeping spot"
