The toilet had issues and was late at night and we were tired so did not tell then till we checked out, did not seam to concerned but I later received a email letting me know they were taking care of the issue. "The room was not worth the price we paid. While the room itself was a good size, the bathroom was in poor condition. The bathtub handles were loose and falling off, and there were yellow stains that made it feel unclean. The shower spout repeatedly fell off while we were showering, causing water to spray everywhere. We reported the issue to the front office, but it was never fixed during our stay. "The staff was great. The room was clean. We were on the first floor and there must have been a herd of elephants above us. The upstairs noise was extremely loud. I would suggest a 2nd level if you can climb the stairs since there is no elevator."

"What a lovely place to stay after a long day visiting with family and being in the HOT sun! It was a beautiful property, quiet neighborhood and all-around comfortable place to stay. I'm a hard to please type of person, but his property really blew me away. Every time we head to Havasu, I plan on seeing if we can book this place. What a gem!"

"We booked a one night stay and decided to add another night. Great location for walking distance to the bridge and surrounding restaurants. Cold AC. Staff was helpful and I enjoyed the simplicity of the hotel. I would stay there again!"
