"Great cabin for exploring the golden circle. Felt like you were experiencing the country but in reality was only 1 minute off the highway. Perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Cabin is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils if you want to cook supper and breakfast. "

"Wir verbrachten in Thordis' schönem Haus Anfangs März 2020 vier Nächte als Familie (2 Paare). Wir fanden im sauberen Haus alles, was wir brauchten. Die Inneneinrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Haus liegt abseits der Strasse nach Gullfoss in einer weiten und ruhigen Landschaft mit genügend Abstand zu einigen anderen Häusern. Thordis kontaktierte uns von Zeit zu Zeit via Mail kurz vor, während und am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes. Danke Thordis! Wir kommen gerne wieder! "

"The cottage was so cute and had some really nice touches. Towel warmer, Fan etc. so much to do in the area! Would 100% stay there again. Hot Tub was awesome! The host were so kind and helpful!"

"The apartment was so nice, we really enjoyed staying there. The little kitchenette had all the necessities to be able to cook yourself some meals. The apartment was clean and modern. The bed was comfy and the location had such a nice view."

"This was such an adorable cottage (cozy and inviting)! The bed was very comfortable and I loved that there were blackout curtains. The hot tub was ready when we arrived so we could step right in after a long day. I would definitely recommend staying here, I only wish my stay had been longer."

"This was the last night in Iceland after camper vanning it all week. And, i must say it was an experience. The drive there, the surrounding area, and the beautiful view from the top was phenomenal! The room was very clean and modern feeling. I felt like a James Bond villian in my tower. We got lucky and were the only people there, so we had the tower to ourselves. I highly recommend this stay for a unique night with amazing views!! "

"The Blue View Cabins offer a well thought out self-catering experience in an area which allows you to beat the tour groups to key sites on the Golden Circle. To top it off, each cabin is equipped with a private geothermically heated hot tub. The accommodation is well furnished and well finished in a modern style, and the whole was very clean. The kitchenette has a two area induction hob, kettle, coffee machine (coffee provided), microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment. I loved...
