"I stayed for two nights in a superior room and left feeling disappointed overall. Positives first: the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the location is excellent for the city centre, and the shower was lovely. However, several issues affected our stay. The room had no proper curtains, so light came through the blinds, making it hard to sleep. There was also a skylight with a blind that couldn’t be closed due to its height, which made this worse. The TV had signal problems and...

"The breakfast was superb, everything you could wish for…from toast and croissants and doughnuts to a full cooked breakfast. Our room was fantastic with a view of the mill from bedroom window, bathroom was great for me being disabled, being able to walk in to a wet room was a huge bonus, not available at most hotels."
