"The pictures of the property were misleading. The house is much smaller than the pictures indicate. The home has been partially restored, but it has not been finished. Furniture in the bedrooms was very limited. "I was in Hattiesburg for my two children’s graduation from USM. The house was termite infested. The floor was falling in due to the termites. The backyard was very grown over filled with bugs. The garage door would not open. The house had a terrible smell. I could go on and on. The big disappointment was THE PROPERTY HOST. I was called a liar and constantly harassed by property host and the neighbor Van Lewis! Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RENTING THIS HOUSE!"

"Pros: clean inside, comfortable bed, magnifying makeup mirror in full bath, dehumidifiers, plenty of parking, a nice covered outdoor eating/visiting area, house was stocked with TP, paper towels, dish & laundry soap, sponge, kitchen towels, coffee & even some snacks! Cons: the exterior of the house was very dirty and the bushes were overgrown. There is no electrical outlet in the 1/2 bath for hairdryer, etc. "

"A nice, quiet little get away. Very comfortable and clean. The only thing that put a damper on my stay was a power outage due to a passing storm which is of course outside the host’s control. Loved it!"
