"Nearest shop I found was the Co-op in Kegworth.
Room was clean and fine, but there was no info, eg that there's an alarm which goes off if you don't latch the kitchen door, who to contact and how I'm case of need. Prior to arrival, a map of the site showing checkin location would be useful.

"We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay.
The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want.
The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent.
Check in was so easy.
I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left.

"Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it.
The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter. The pillows were extremely thin, and even folding them offered little support. We also...

"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink.
The ensuite is a nice large size.
Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats.
There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time.
The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up.
The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...
