"Perfect for our needs- only 3 minutes from wedding venue down the street. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, had plenty of parking, all sorts of games and the pool table kept everyone entertained. Also had the biggest tv in the living room I have ever seen!! We hope to stay there again in the future. The host was great, and the Amherst area is beautiful! "

"I have been doing great business with the owner I have as always in the house and this time I was in a very unsafe basement with a bad smell and very uncomfortable bed I beg you don’t go to the basement it’s horrible"

"Check in was easy breezy, communication with host was timely and helpful. It was perfect for our two day stay. Fresh eggs and homemade bread and Cushman's cafe close by wwre added treats!"

"This is a charming and well-appointed cottage in a beautiful setting. It felt open and very spacious for the two of us (& it could easily host 2 more people). The kitchen was well-equipped, and the rest of the place was thoughtfully planned out. We especially loved the screened-in porch, from which you could observe the natural beauty surrounding us, including the rolling hills beyond. There’s a wood stove and a large in-ground swimming pool & picnic table, which we did not use, but we can...

"Perfect spot to relax after white water rafting on the Deerfield. This was our 2nd year here. Owner responds to questions right away. Comfortable beds & seating spaces. The pond is a peaceful spot for an evening glass or morning cup. Kitchen is well equipped & there's a gas grill. We will be back if in the area again. "

"We stayed in Hadley because we had friends and locals we wished to visit in a few spots in and around the house. Very convenient location. It’s farm adjacent in a small cul de sac of similar ranch style homes."

"We really appreciated the stay to get together with family. There was plenty of space to play with the toddler and set up the pack-n-play for the infant. And then plenty of room to play board games after the babies were put to bed. "
