"First of all, the whole hotel was apparently booked that weekend, probably for a music concert. I accidently booked a smoking room by mistake and the hotel was not even capable to change my room for a non smoking one, since all rooms were somehow taken. The girl a front desk also mentionned to me that people smoke in all the rooms, even in the non smoking ones. That is beyond inacceptable for those who dont smoke. "Absolutely would not recommend. I went to check in and there were drops of blood all over the lobby floor and outside on the sidewalk. Apparently, someone was just stabbed at the motel. Three police cars arrived and I never went to my room. I have children and left immediately. I requested a refund and Expedia refused."
