"Everything is good except the heater inside the room doesn’t work, the heater outside work but automatically shut down after sometimes even I have turn off the timer. So we have a very cold night. This is private residence place so there is no service desk and since I only stay for one night so I I don’t bother to call the manager "

"It’s a little far from the train station (to walk with luggage could be hard) but once you get there everything is good, the room is clean, the staff very friendly and they provide disposable sandals, toothbrush, hairbrush etc etc . We loved the place "

"下駄箱に自分の名前を書いたシールが貼ってあり、靴を入れる場所に困らない。自分用にスリッパが容易してあります。部屋ごとに暗証番号で解錠する鍵がかかっていますが、解錠時に騒音がでない仕様で睡眠を邪魔されずに楽でした。スリッパのまま入っていいところなど、迷いそうなポイントには事前にわかりやすい掲示があり快適でした。"

"Small room but clean and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay, free airport shuttle however ends early before 9:30 pm, close to train station and walking distance to shops and restaurants. All staffs were very polite and helpful which made me feel welcoming. Highly recommended for visitors that arrive at Narita Airport on a late night flight to stay overnight before heading to Tokyo. "

"So happy to have found this hotel near Narita Airport! This location is so convenient being one train stop away from the airport. The rooms are pleasantly spacious with ample bed space, and very clean. For reference my partner and I booked a queen room. Also love that they serve free breakfast, have late check out options (for a fee) and free luggage storage! Can't reccommend this hotel enough when staying in Narita!"
