"Great clean cottage - exactly what it is advertised as .. right on the water - we spent all our time on the dock. The outside spaces were great. The cottage was functional and had all appliances etc we needed. The small town was sweet and did great local takeout. Thanks for a great few days :)"

"Everything was perfect no kids running up and down the hall, staff was very helpful and friendly breakfast was very good could have bacon more often than sausage the eggs were good the coffee was to die for every morning pool was lukewarm which was certainly better than my last 2 trips in Ontario, ..."

"Property is in a nice location with river view and close to Campbellford. Pool was small but very clean. Cabins, however, are old, run-down and not very clean. Ceiling fan didn't work, light bulbs were missing, some windows would not open and fire pit was not cleaned out from previous guests prior ..."
