"Check-in instructions were clear and easy, although with other rentals I have typically gotten them before I left home for the trip (within 12-24 hours of the stated check-in time). So I was a bit surprised when I contacted the owner the morning of, and was told they typically send them out at 1:00. They did send them though right away so that was all good. "Had a family wedding to attend in Minneapolis and needed a space with 8 bedrooms-not an easy feat. This lake home was perfect. From the ease in booking to the prompt reply to my questions, the host could not have been more helpful. And the property is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. Thanks again, Steve, for your hospitality. You made the trip a bit easier. "
