"The Staff - JD great front man at the desk to great us, Cam our waiter, Lilly our horseback guide were just fantastic. Mauricio went out of his way to explain the Lodge and was very helpful. We had nice conversations with the other cleaning people. The staff will bend over backwards to accommodate you. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Do the horseback ride. Great experience."

"The location is so good it makes up for some of the less impressive aspects of the room I stayed in. Such a short walk to the base area of the resort and a quick drive into the National Park! My room had cobwebs in the corners and the cabinets didn’t close. The grating on the fireplace was falling off, the bathroom sink took about 5 minutes to drain after each use, and one of the windows would jam and not lock. I didn’t spend much time in the room so I didn’t really care it was a little rough...

"This property has historic charm and a divine location. I am currently watching the sun set on a balcony at the base of Jackson Hole Ski Resort, overlooking the Tetons. The hotel needs to invest in renovations soon. Ideal location. "

"The service and amenities at the caldera house surpassed all my expectations! I highly recommend the Caldera House to anyone visiting Jackson Hole! "

"Very nice and quite for just stopping for one night staff was very nice, just don't expect much as is very basic no TV and the rooms are small so it was perfect for our needs. "

"素晴らしいですが、円安ですので料金は高く感じました。グランドテートンは6月からはイエローストンよりは全然見どころ、絶景は多いですので時間の配分にご注意ください。英語ですがガイド付きツアーがお勧めです。空港からのレンタカーは必須です。"

"Beautiful hotel and property. The room was clean and comfortable but small and not as nice as I expected for nearly $1000/night. The restaurants in the area were very good and the view of the mountains from certain areas in the hotel was gorgeous. "

"Do not HESITATE to come here! Oh my god! We are sitting in dome at the base of the Grand Tetons and you can NOT believe how beautiful it is! We have views of the Tetons outside of our "glam-yert" that is amazing! I feel like we are in a hobbit hole out of Lord of the Rings. Beautiful! Definitely stay here!"

"The place is absolutely adorable!! I loved the environment and the ambience. I would absolutely stay here again!! Only giving 4 stars because there was no air conditioning so we had to sleep with the window open which was less than ideal due to allergies. Absolutely loved the place though!"

"Great place to stay. Very clean, comfortable beds. The front desk guy was very polite and kind. We love their coffee place. Highly recommend this place! "
