"We had a wonderful stay. No problems at all. Love to come back some day. So relaxing to use the hot tub. Kayaks were nice also. Water was a little cool at first but got used to it quickly. Nothing to complain about."

"Bob and Jan are incredibly accommodating and kind, we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay. We've stayed in other lakeside homes in the neighborhood, but this one is truly in nature and secluded, and it has the most breathtaking views from both upstairs and downstairs. You are literally 13-15 minutes away from anything you could need or want, which made the trip extremely convenient. We read the guest book and left a few recommendations listed in their as well."

"We enjoyed our time at this house. It was furnished with anything you may need. The host payed attention to every detail. Upon arriving we found snacks and beverages. The homel was very clean inside and out. We spent time outside in the evenings and it was quite peaceful. I highly recommend this home. "

"Cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. Lots of time spent on the lake swimming and kayaking, though my calves are still complaining about the hill down. A nice convenient drive away from all that the Hot Springs offers yet secluded enough to take time to reconnect during our anniversary."

"This is the getaway spot you have been looking for! Hidden away in a quiet large cove right on the river! Enjoy your coffee on the patio, swing, or dock and watch the sunrise. Roast your s’mores on the fire and count the stars, or relax your worries away in the hot tub. This place really is a gem! Speaking of gems, if you like rocks and crystals Hot Springs has several places to shop for unique gems! If you’re into nature, zip line through the trees, hike the woods, put a boat on the water or...

"Everything was as expected. The property was in excellent condition and everything we used worked perfectly. There was an issue with checking in due to a double booking problem. Struggled with that for a while. "

"The house was just as pictured on the site and was very clean. I contacted the owner a couple of times with questions and she was very prompt with her response. She was very friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the Hot Springs area! "

"We hosted our 2025 Family reunion in HSV. Adults and infants traveled from NYC, LA, San Diego, N. Dakota.... The property was perfect. Enough bedrooms for all and great common areas for games and fun. The big kitchen wa a hit as we prepared meals and warmed up bottles. The water front allowed for pontoon boat docking and we enjoyed the warm water of Lake Balboa. Check in and check out was a breeze. Voted most likely to host the next reunion!"
