"The property was beautiful. The adults and kids really enjoyed the pool and lots of mule rides. We saw some amazing wildlife during our stay. "

"Wow, this place was more than I expected. It looked good from the ad but the attention to detail and decor was a home run. Everything we needed was there, beds were super comfortable and the whole place was immaculate. Huge gated back yard area and tons of extras. Will stay again for MS 150 (2026)"

"Wonderful! I can't say enough about this property. The layout was so spacious and the kitchen and baths well equipped. The 3 car garage was a bonus room with seating, ping pong table, extra refrigerator, and full bath. Our family of 10 adults and 2 two year olds had plenty of big space to all be together and then optional spaces to gather in small groups and play games or watch something different on tv. The outdoor patio was VERY spacious and we gathered there too! The yard was fenced so we...

"Peaceful area, river views! Well thought out needs for guests. We wouldn’t have needed to pack so much (life jackets, puzzles, cleaning supplies) had we known how thought out it was! Several rooms well cleaned. Steep stairs to river, bring a rake to clean a touch and it’s ready to play! Thanks Sarah, this was a lovely trip. She even helped with a timing arrangement for us. "

"We had the most wonderful time here! We were looking for somewhere to get away and unplug from the world and Jeff's place delivered. The house was lovely, clean, and provided everything we needed! The pool was awesome and provided endless hours of fun, especially with the toypedo and (massive) unicorn! The pups loved keeping watch out the low windows and barking at the ducks, guineas, and squirrels that passed by. Jeff was communicative and checked in on us to make sure everything was going...

"Dennis was a fantastic host! He communicated clearly, and ready the place in immaculate condition. It was a pleasure staying at his cabin, and I appreciated how smoothly everything went. I highly recommend Romantic Tiny House in Flatonia - Musk's House to everyone. I would definitely come back next time!"

"Second stay here - still a great spot for unwinding at the San Marcos river. All you need in the kitchen and a good grill. Relaxing enclosed porch for hanging out and perhaps occasional nap. Alright maybe more than occasional."

"The location is so peaceful. The pool was GREAT! There is so much room in this house. We found a couple of issues, but maintenance came out right away. I will say bunks are short so better for a child or short adult. It usually takes a while to get everything together to check out. I think because there were 5 bathrooms we could all stay on task. We were ready to check out 30 minutes ahead of schedule."

"Very nice and accommodating BnB inside and out. Close to the river that we went for. Easy check in. Host messaged be back quickly about questions that i had. We brought an extra comforter because someone said the bed was uncomfortable and we slept just fine. Will definitely rent again next time we go to the river!"
