"Never rent from a property that does not have outside pictures. The inside is a published.
I arrived at the property to 2 people smoking a glass pipe in the parking lot. turns out they rented the place across the hall.
There are several windows broken on the second floor. The same host has all 4 properties. These are multi person flop houses.
I walked in the door he suggested to have the mold hit me in the face, I could not breathe by the time I got the property door.

"I didn't receive an email for the code so when I arrived I had to contact the property manager. He was quick to respond. My issue with the property was that someone knew the code to the apartment I was staying in and broke in but left as soon as they heard I was there. I was expecting them to change the code or change me rooms but I had no reponse after I...

"It is a basement apt. There was no smoke detector. Very musty. We emptied the full dehumidifier but did not help. There are area rugs on top of area rugs throughout. Looks like it is to cover the water damage. Broken/missing tile in the tub/shower. There is nowhere to hang clothes. Tony was very responsive but we will not stay there again."
