"Great stay very close to KI. Large rooms for kids and adults to game or watch movies. Ball diamond right across the street to practice in downtime. Nice showers, kitchen and large table so we can all sit together for meals. Best part is just a few minutes from KI for quick back and forth for little kid naps and breaks. We would stay again!! Only downside is narrow parking but not a game changer!"

"We were visiting our daughter & husband, and this accommodation was very convenient to them. The amenities were all first class: comfortable queen bed; thick plush towels; generous amount & quality of paper products; and more. Much nicer than some hotels we've stayed in. We would definitely stay here again."

"I have never been as comfortable at a VRBO than we were at Bear’s Rest. We live in North Carolina on a mountain, so we loved and appreciated the cabin feel and decor. Everything was top notch. The location was perfect, close proximity to our family, restaurants, and groceries but quiet and restful. We hope to be able to visit Bear’s Rest again!"

"This house was perfect for our family of 9! The only negative comment would be there were not enough dishes to serve the number of people the house can sleep, or enough cook ware to cook & serve a full dinner. The only oven cookware were cookie sheets. The kitchen is huge with so much potential & half of the cabinets were empty. Breakfast was the only meal we ate in the house because of it. "Was in town for WEC, about a 10min drive to the show grounds. House was clean, as listed and close to grocery/downtown. My only complaint is a few nights I was woken up by the train in the middle of the night, but overall good value. "

"There were 10 of us. The rooms were spacious and everyone could spread out in the house. We loved it! Peaceful and quiet area. "

"We were in town for a graduation. Great property for gathering with old friends and family. Convenient and very comfortable. Spotless and well stocked with necessities. We enjoyed the front porch, fire pit, card table, large dining table and very comfortable family room recliners. The off street parking was a bonus! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We will stay here again! "

"Easy to get to/from location to the local area. Nice quiet area. House was very acceptable for cost. Good information and easy to book/pay/check-in/checkout. Probably going to repeat visit to this location"

"The house was lovely. Well cared for and fully remodeled. It had everything we needed, even an Alexa which the grandchildren danced to when they asked it to play songs. The neighborhood was nice, plenty of parking on the street, and a great fenced back yard. My only complaint was that the pillows were too fat as I like a fairly flat pillow. Great stay for our family of 9 attending our grandson's graduation."

"We had family come visit. There wasn’t enough room at our house for everyone. This was so much nicer than them staying in a hotel. Great very comfortable house. Owner was very responsive and made sure they had everything they needed for their stay. We will book here again when we need. "

"We stayed here for a 2 week WEC horse show. The home had plenty of room for 2 families. We would stay here again. "

"The pictures do not match the description. Most of the furniture in the pictures is not there. The “cozy third floor bedroom with 2 beds” does not exist resulting in 2 people not having a bed. The 2nd floor was unable to be cooled. The plumbing does not function properly. The shower took 20-30 minutes to drain down enough for the next person to use.
