"It was pretty clean. Definitely not perfect. The beds still have the factory plastic on them which was weird. There were no towels in the room when we got there. They did give us some. There was trash already in our can when we got to the room. There's room for a mini fridge and microwave but neither were present. Rooms dont have hair dryers. They only have the small round soaps. No pump style soaps in the bath. Overall it wasn't bad for for the money. We'd probably stay again if we were ever in...

"I only picked this hotel because I was bribing my grandsons for a football tournament in the area and this hotel said free breakfast. Once I checked in and asked about it I was told they were under renovation and would not not have breakfast. Also surprisingly in the rooms, there was no refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot. I do understand renovation is necessary but get the renovation done prior to marketing and posting. Or at least tell the truth. We had to make the best of it because we...

"We were so pleased! The beds were very comfortable and the staff did quite a good job cleaning each day. Location was good for visiting Chicago...about a 30 minute drive. There were restaurants and drug store close by, and gas was cheaper than in the city. Highly recommend!"

"Filthy!! Do NOT stay here unless you have no other option! I needed to book a hotel last minute and I knew I wasn’t gonna stay the whole night so I was trying to save money but the room I was given was filthy! Dust everywhere and the toilet looked like it belonged at a gas station. The bed cover had stains and it looked dirty. I placed a blanket on top of the bed and laid down but I was better off sleeping in my car than in that filthy room. Hopefully I didn’t bring bed bugs or something back...

"For sure 3 out of 4 rooms I was shown had visible and you could smell the MOLD. The 4th one you couldn't see but could smell mold. I'm highly allergic and suffer with asthma! Nastiest hotel i have ever been too in my life! It seems I will need to dig deeper to find my next hotel when I visit other states, because this one should not have been on the list at all! I wish I would've taken pictures, but I was past exhausted! This was the worst part of my trip!"

"Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed"

"After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. "

"I honestly do not know how this hotel is operating at the price point they are charging. I checked in during a sold-out weekend in Chicago and paid nearly the same price I later paid at a much nicer DoubleTree, which made this experience even more disappointing. "It’s an outdated hotel. It was going under renovations while I was there. "

"It's obvious there is a shortage of hotels that allow pets, as there were many here. The staff was pleasant, and everything was clean- which is much appreciated. The hotel needs some updates badly. The population of guests was unsavory. Marijuana reeked on the premises. It was a, you get what you pay for, experience. I'd not opt to repeat the stay unless no other options are available. Stinks to not be able to travel with your pet without downgrading your accommodations."

"Breakfast is typical buffet. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, some fruit. The property is well kept. The pool was closed for renovation and should be open by now but it is still closed. Shower lacks umph. Full hot is not quite hot enough. Beds are comfortable. Garbage truck loads just outside at 5:30 am, no alarm needed. Stayed for a week and will stay again."
