"We booked a room with 2 queen beds well in advance. When I went to check in on the app the night before my arrival, I was assigned a king bed room. I called the hotel and after a ton of time on hold and then a promised call back that never happened, I called the hotel again and they found the proper room for me. I went on the app and checked in to my assigned 2 queen bed room. When we arrived the next day, the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone who guaranteed me the correct room...

"Great breakfast variety, no trays available. The staff was nice enough to wrap my plates so I could bring breakfast upstairs to my husband. "

"Room cleanliness could be improved. Moving night stands and cleaning behind would be great. Hard floor appeared clean, but the rug looked like it was not washed for some time. Bedding could be natural and luxurious. Pillows or the bedding smelled like old musky sweat. Wi-Fi was excellent, air conditioning was very good, but a bit loud. Staff was amazing. We loved staff and service/food at The Nashville Grange, Lou/Na, and Prime+ Proper. Hotel concierge did messed up our reservation for Prime +...
