We are accepting reservations for the 2026 Cooperstown Dreamspark camp schedule!

Enjoy the exclusive use of the ground level of our home, which includes two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room. When you rent with us, you will be the only guests in this rental. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit. Although there is not a full kitchen, there is a new kitchen sink with counter top, a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, toaster oven, hot water pot, Keurig and auto drip coffee maker. There are dishes (large and small plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and wineglasses) and flatware. Also provided is a gas grill.

There is cell service, free high speed Internet WiFi and a flat screen TV connected to the Dish network.

The rental includes a large front porch for relaxing, and the property includes many flower beds. Our 65 acres includes walking trails, a pond, two streams and is bordered by 1,250 acres of New York State forest. Previous renters enjoy relaxing at the rental and/or walking through the trails through the woods that are right outside your door. We are conveniently located for quick access to the Village of Cooperstown, Cooperstown Dreams Park and a direct drive to Cooperstown All Star Village. This property is great for unwinding as we are tucked in the woods where it's peaceful and relaxing, yet only a short drive to Cooperstown!

We (the owners and host of the rental) live on the upper level of the home.

We are committed to adhering to strict cleaning practices! Please read the reviews and see how our previous guests responded after staying at our rental! We will be pleased to host you.

We're sorry, but NO PETS are allowed and NO SMOKING inside.

We had a great stay with Cindy and Orlo! The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just a short drive from Cooperstown Dreams Park. We really enjoyed the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the peaceful pond was a nice bonus. Cindy was an excellent host—she gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and made sure we had everything we needed.

This was for us the perfect place to stay while our grandson was at Dreams Park. Wonderfully secluded, beautiful and pleasant drive to town. A second younger grandson and dad were here too. The property includes a small pond just full of hungry little bass, my grandson and I caught and released an uncountable number. My wife and I hiked their wooded trail. I got up early to drink coffee and listen to the birds (2 new species for me). This is the perfect place to stay while at Cooperstown.

Our gracious host welcomed us upon arrival. She explained where we would find the keys and check out procedures. She communicated frequently to insure that we were enjoying our time at Dreams-park. The folder was a wealth of information on the surrounding area with directions to points of interest! It was a quiet, comfortable place to regroup between games!

We had a great stay in Hartwick! We came for my son’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown. The kids fished, we all explored the beautiful property, p in the mornings we enjoyed having coffee on the patio, listening to the birds chirp. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Cooperstown Tournament Stay

My husband stayed here while our son attended a Cooperstown Tournament camp. He has nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was immaculate, well appointed and did not disappoint. The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay for my husband.

Beautiful location, Very accommodating hosts.

Our visit was to attend the Cooperstown baseball event to see our grandson participate. And that was about a 20 minute drive from this VRBO. However, the area was so beautiful, we enjoyed every minute of the drive. The VRBO was very well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. Oslo and Cindy Lou were super friendly and were instrumental in making our stay there in Otsego more than just a baseball event but a very interesting and pleasant vacation location. Very deserving of a five star rating.

Beautiful and relaxing

Enjoyed my stay!. The grounds were beautiful with plenty of trails to explore. The apartment was very clean with very nice furnishings. The hosts were attentive as needed and I enjoyed talking with Cindy, she is quite the gardener! A stove or cooktop would be a helpful addition to the unit, otherwise it has everything you need. I would definitely stay again!

Cooperstown Dreams Park stay

Cindy and Orlo are excellent owners and made sure our stay was as good as it could possibly have been. They greeted up on arrival, accommodated our request for an iron and ironing board, and even loaned us their Farm Museum pass (we highly recommend seeing this fantastic museum while in town!) as their guests! We highly recommend this charming, as advertised property!

Pleasant surprises

Based upon the reviews, we felt like we booked a good unit for our son’s Cooperstown baseball trip, but we knew we hit a homerun once we met the owners, Cindy and Orlo. They were nice. The unit had everything one would need. Turn key and ready to go. Beautiful grounds and garden. We felt very welcomed.

Very clean and quiet love the inside wood. I thought it was a little closer to Cooperstown dreams Park but I could get there in 15 minutes so it wasn’t that bad. The owners were very pleasant and very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Outstanding!!

Lovely home- perfect for our family visiting Cooperstown. Cindy and Orlo could not have been nicer!!! They provided everything we needed and then some-- And what a property! The location is stunning and they have a pond- Orlo was so sweet and set him up with a pole-- my son caught a fish! We were about 20 minutes from the All-Star Village for the 12 year-old baseball tournament- the drive was so beautiful we didn't mind going back and forth between games (and honestly I usually hate driving).....this area is magnificent!!! We plan to come back again and stay here. No question that this is a 5-star choice. Bravo, Cindy and Orlo!

Absolutely perfect place to stay and see Cooperstown

Cannot recommend this place enough. Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts, close enough to Cooperstown to enjoy everything it has to offer and far enough away to enjoy some beautiful nature (on their own property). We will be back for sure.

wasnt very "private"

Beautiful home which the downstairs has been converted into a rental. Unfortunately, the only thing seperating the stairwell was a movable screen. The floors were wooden, and the sound traveled down that stairwell easily, with no protection. Owners were great people, but they had a schedule which consisted of waking up shortly after 6am, and creeking to their living room which was directly over my bedroom. This just doesnt represent the vrbo model of sharing of personal places.

Cindy and Orlo are lovely, thoughtful hosts. The apartment had everything we needed! The property is beautiful and was a nice escape from the busy-ness of All Star Village (where our boys were playing baseball)

Peaceful, restful, quiet place!

If you enjoy peaceful, restful, and quietness, this is the place! The hosts were absolutely great! Although we weren’t able to spend a lot of time on the property since our son was playing at the Cooperstown tournament, the place was clean, comfortable beds, scenic property, very quiet, and about 20-25 mins scenic drive to DreamPark and downtown Cooperstown. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
