"Check in and interaction with the property manager was easy, timely, and clear. The property was all it was advertised to be and more. Our family (us plus our 6 college-aged kids and one high schooler) had plenty of room for hanging out, cooking, eating and enjoying water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the pool). "The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions."

"We were in Exuma for my daughter’s wedding and a few of our wedding guests stayed here and absolutely loved it! Views were amazing and the pool was wonderful! Everything was so clean and perfect. Great communication with the house manager as well! "

"This place was perfect for us since we needed one night near the GGT airport. It is close to the airport and very comfortable. We could walk a couple minutes to a beach with no one else around. The proprietors were very nice and easy to reach on WhatsApp. The Internet was a little slow. There were no nearby restaurants or food stores, but we took a taxi to Georgetown for a most delicious dinner. If you spend time there, it might be best to rent a car."

"This house is nothing short of amazing! We felt like we were on our own island. It is so nice having a private pool and beach right at your back door, and the water is so beautiful. We even had a sea turtle swim along the shore. The house is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes from Blu, and 30 from Santanna’s, so it’s in a great location. The beds are super comfy. We had 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again and again. "
