"Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. "

"Honestly can’t say enough great things about this property. Rented both houses for 16 people over the 4th of July. The property managers were great and answered any questions we had quickly, getting us anything we needed (water etc.). The houses were clean and the decor was beautiful. The location is secluded and exactly what we were looking for. We brought floaties, mask/snorkles, games (spike ball and bags) but didn't need them. "The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. "We had an amazing time staying at the Osprey! It was a 30-second walk to the gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach! The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us! It was right next to what became our favorite eating/drinking spot on the beach - Brea’s place. We had a need for a doctor at one point and the house manager was quick to point us in the right direction for medical assistance in town which was also superb! If you check in on Sunday, be aware that most grocery stores close early - think through dinner arrangements prior to arrival for that evening.
