To further elevate your stay, we recommend arranging optional services such as a private chef, dedicated butler, and additional housekeeping. Our property manager will be happy to provide pricing and assist with arrangements upon request.

At Villa Exuma, we offer an exclusive Private Butler Service to ensure a seamless and truly relaxing experience.

Daily Rate: $400 for up to 8 hours (includes two butlers, one assigned to each villa)
Additional Hours: $50 per hour

The property is located in the Hartswell area, around 15 minutes drive from George Town. You will find convenience shops and restaurants near by, i.e. one of the best restaurants on the island; Blu on the Water is just a few minuts drive from the villa.
This area has very calm sea, you can truly enjoy the water all the time with boat, kayaks and paddleboards. And we have a natural lazy river and some of the most beautiful sandbare in this area.

Exuma’s airport is George Town International Airport (GGT), served by airlines such as American Airlines, Delta, and Bahamasair.

The villa is approximately a 35-minute drive from the airport and about 15 minutes from George Town and local shops and restaurants.

We are happy to arrange private airport transfers for your arrival and departure. However, we highly recommend renting a car during your stay to fully explore the island’s beautiful beaches, attractions, and dining spots at your own pace.
