Experience the beauty of nature and enjoy the sunrise and sunset while relaxing on the cottage’s wraparound porch. We are located 30 minutes from the Airport, 20 minutes from Georgetown and 5 minutes from Little Exuma where you will find the beautiful Tropic of Cancer Beach.

We had an amazing stay at Mangrove Haven in Exuma. The location truly couldn’t have been better—perfectly situated between Georgetown and Tropic of Cancer Beach, making it easy to explore both while still enjoying a peaceful, relaxing setting.The house itself was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the kitchen essentials to the thoughtful extras, it really felt like a home away from home. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making sure guests have everything they need.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Exuma!

Cozy with a view!

We loved our stay in Hartswell! The house was perfect for our time there and it had everything we needed. The views were lovely and the location is great - not too far from town but enough to feel off the beaten path. Warren was available as needed and checked in often! Overall, I would highly recommend this cottage!

Mangrove Retreat

This property was lovely…clean and cute. Easy drive to all the beautiful beaches. Warren is a consummate host…very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

Cute & Clean

Had a great stay with our little family in this cute cottage. Warren was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end. The kitchen was well equipped and charcoal grill was a plus. Nice water view from living room and bedrooms. (Tip—you will definitely need a car to get to swimming/beach access. Rocky area outside of house leads to a rocky water view only.)

Just as described

Host terrific & attentive. Place clean, fresh. Layout perfect. Directions perfect. If I was to ask for anything it would only be a screen porch. I rather be out than in a even thou it worked perfectly. Overall, excellent Thank you Mr & Mrs Rolle

Comfortable and clean

Overall, we had a very good stay at this house. The check in process was very simple and convenient. The house was clean and had most of what we needed to be comfortable during our stay. You have a view of the water from many of the windows. The rocky shore is a short walk from the house through some cleared brush. Our kids enjoyed exploring the outdoor area around the house. The owners live next door which added a sense of security but enough distance to feel private as well. They were very friendly and generously offered vegetables and fruit from their garden. The sugar apple was very memorable, and the kids loved the bananas. The owners were very responsive to emails and helpful in answering any questions that we had. The board games were a nice surprise. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality appliances and stone countertops. The beds were comfortable. Towels were plush and plenty. Air conditioning worked very well. The TV and internet worked well. The clothes washer and dryer were very convenient. There was a charcoal bbq but we didn't get a chance to use it. The evenings were quiet and peaceful although the no-see-ums were plentiful and made it hard to enjoy the evenings on the porch. The one area that could use some improvement would be the showers. The shower in the master bedroom had a glass door that would not close all the way. Water would often leak from the door onto the floor. We had to place a towel under the shower door to keep it contained. The water pressure in this bathroom was fair but less than what we were used to. The second bathroom (near the entry way) had very low water pressure both at the sink and in the shower. Having a bathtub in that bathroom was a nice feature though. Despite this, we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you!
