This was the perfect place for our multi generations family to vacation. We had plenty of space and a large kitchen for cooking. We would rent it again. Our only issue is the lack of curtains on all the bedroom windows. Kids and adults were waking up at the crack of dawn due to the fact there are zero curtains to block the morning sun. Only a sheer covers each window. I even wore my best sleeping mask, but with others in the house waking up and making noise, I never slept past 5:30. Not what you want when on vacation. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

This is a big home with lots of "extras", but it needs a little attention and maintenance. The best thing was there was lots of little extras throughout the house. Britta filter in the frige, hand sanitizer and lotion, tons of stuff to use in the kitchen (coffee, spices, sharp knifes, dishes, etc), garage (bbq, extension cords, fire wood, entertaining toys), laundry room and linen closet with plenty of extras. The cloth cover to the pergola was torn and loose, it could simple be removed. There is a large piece of landscaping drainage pipe lose behind the house. The bbq was stored in the attached garage, which rolling it out to the driveway was fine, but just wasn't sure if it could be used in the garage when the weather picked up and the temps dropped. The basement was half empty, although the TV and couches were nice. I also think adding a couple of bunk beds, to replace one of the queens would be nice to increase beds as the twin bed on the main floor was almost useless for an adult. The coffee maker was a bit finicky, but we got it to work and appreciated the K-cups very much. We really enjoyed the fire pit, we cooked over a wood fire a couple of times and when the sun was out it was a very pleasant space. We will likely return again and I would recommend this home.

Wonderful home! Would definitely stay here again! The property and location was absolutely perfect for our getaway with friends and family! The home had everything we needed... very well stocked with anything we could have thought of. We could tell there was a lot of care and intention that was put into this property. This made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable as we didn't have to stress about anything! It was also a very convenient location and really close to Buena Vista, Mt Princeton Hot Springs, and Salida.

This house is amazing! Secluded up in the mountains and it’s very spacious to accommodate a big group of guests! We loved the home and it was stocked with everything we needed. Property manager allowed for a late check out and we enjoyed that last morning taking our time. Thanks for an absolutes perfect stay!

My friends and I used the place as a little getaway for a celebration before my fiance and I got married. It was a great place for the 11 people that we had and it wasn’t a far drive to the hot springs. House was clean and the host helped us right away when we had issues getting into the house. Thank you!

Clean, beautiful property, lovely home with enough bedrooms, well stocked, nice evening seating area, location was away from busy BV, but close enough for running into town. Jeep trails were not too far away for day trips.

Main surprises were how responsive the property manager was with our questions, how convenient the property was to Buena Vista area, and the lovely breezes blowing up the hill from the east. Plenty of space for our family of 9 and conveniently stocked with supplies. Loved it!

This was a wonderful house for our family get-together. Beautiful location, lots of room, and no traffic jams for the shower, either. We particularly appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was, with just about anything you’d want. The concierge was very responsive when we found out that the coffee maker was not working. We’d definitely stay here again!

This home was lovely and a great place to have our adult kids for a family week in Colorado. The home was spacious and had two large living areas for visiting and catching up. Independent bathrooms for each bedroom. Fantastic views out of the large windows. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. We were so sad to leave! It took us a minute to find it, as the excellent directions to the property were inside the house, rather than online. But the furnishings, both inside and outside on the patio area, were wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great property! We had a group consisting of our adult children and teen-age grandchildren. Everyone had a bedroom with an adjoining bath. The house has many wonderful gathering spots inside and lovely outdoor spaces as well!

This property was perfect for our guys ice fishing trip! Big beds, lots of bathrooms, and large kitchen that we used nightly. Large areas for table games and socializing and watching football downstairs. Very clean and immaculate house. A lot of room for parking and the use of the 3 car garage was nice. Would definitely recommend!

I hosted a women's wellness retreat for several women. This home was perfect. There were plenty of private bedrooms so everyone had their space to rewind. The kitchen was large and beautiful and perfect to prep meals for the group. The large dining table was perfect as well to fit us well. Overall great!
