"It's like staying on main street America, the house is super cute! It's like grandma's house because it has the thin slat wooden floors where maybe the angles aren't quite right from settling over time and the metal doorknobs that don't always turn but work nonetheless. But it had everything you could possibly want or need and very convenient to the main drag in town. I could have walked if I wanted since it's only a couple minutes drive. "Literally, everything is new. New oven, washer & dryer, microwave, beds, etc.We were the first to use the soaking tub and there's plenty of hot water even after 3 showers in a row. The bedooms are very large. There's plenty of room to maneuver around the beds even with luggage laying around. Host responded quickly to questions. Would certainly visit again."

"Nice ambiance inside and out. Great AC and ceiling fan (we want one just like it now). It was a nice retreat after 6 days of college tours. Cabin is in the middle of lots of hiking and river fun. Nothing bad about the cabin, just be aware there’s only a couple places to eat within miles and their hours / days vary. Oark Country Store and Byrd’s are nearby and both are excellent. "
