"Driftwood is one of a set of barn conversion cottages way off the beaten track and just a few minutes walk away from the South-West Coast path. It was an ideal base for us to walk a new stretch of coastline which is as good as any of the parts of the UK coastline that we have walked before. Other families and couples were around but we hardly heard or saw any of them and you could hear a pin drop overnight, such was the tranquillity of the place. "Perfectly placed to explore Cornwall and Devon."

"We hired the smaller cottage the house for 20 friends and family ages 2-60 and it was perfect, had all the facilities and equipment for our stay.The pool table and outdoor space was fantastic. Short distance to Bude. Great communication plenty of parking."

"What a beautiful place: stunning views, family friendly walks, short walk to Woolacombe along the the coastal footpath (no roads) and the other stunning little beaches on the way ( especially loved the ari lankan restaurant at baricane beach. Host was lovely and the property has a new hot tub - heaven!"

"Insgesamt war dies unser vierter Besuch an diesem herrlichen Fleckchen Erde. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, es gab kleine sprachliche Barrieren die wir aber gelöst haben. Man muss sagen, die Kommunikation fand auf deutsch! statt. Auf Englisch wäre es sicherlich einfacher gewesen. Leider ging das Internet am ersten Tag nicht. Der Vermieter hat sich aber sofort gekümmert und das Problem erledigt. Die Terrasse in einem nicht so gutem Zustand. Hier sollte am Ende der Saison dringend...

"Great views and good location for walking the coast path. "

"We had the most wonderful, memorable stay. The location was great and we enjoyed many lovely local walks and activities. The cottage and farm were a total dream for the kids (and grown up) the trampoline was great fun, plus the swimming pool which was always just us 4 (and had lots of play things!) The kids loved feeding the chickens and quails and seeing the peacocks. The games room was well kitted out and great fun so plenty to do back at base on a wet day! Also netflix available and spacious...

"Perfect property to enjoy the views from lots of different rooms, with easy walk into the high street aswell for a dip in the sea and fab walks. The property has lovely bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, warm shower and even a loo with a view. Fab stay for the family. "

"Ideal chalet for exploring Bude and beyond. Fully equipped, nicely decorated and comfy beds. My grandsons and I had a great week!"

"Opportunity to enjoy time with the whole family with each having their own nicely decorated room and en-suite. In general there seems to be a number of small maintenance issues needed in the property, such as the oven, radiator permanently on (solved by turning all the heating off). Loose door handles.
