"Sukhraj sent us an email with a notice about the hotel being full / busy for our night away. That was really appreciated to set the expectations. We ended up having one of the best, quietest hotel stays we have ever had. Our daughter had a BLAST in the pool and water slide. The life guides were really kind and patient with the smaller kids. Just a note kids have to be 48” to ride the slide! A great night away, and will recommend to anyone with kids! "

"It was ok... The rooms are older, my door was hard to open and close. I did not think it was necessary to make guests pay for parking .. my card wouldn't work In the door but the housekeeper assisted us to get in as we were just getting clothes to depart .. the floors in the hotel room felt gritty like they were not swept and mopped. Also the interest was cutting in and out constantly making it difficult for me to work in the evenings. Breakfast was good though."

"A truly remarkable stay! The 175-year-old dwelling exudes character and history—you can really feel the stories in the walls. The staff were phenomenal, going above and beyond at every turn. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and no detail was overlooked. They clearly know exactly what they’re doing. Highly recommended!"

"Staff were amazing. Our original room was very loud because of weather/door structure but they were accommodating and moved us to a quieter room. Great amenities. Great location. Only downside was expensive parking. "

"Parking my SUV in the parking garage during renos was fine. Check-in was fast and smooth. I was in awe when I saw my room, soooooo nice! The closet smelled brand new as if never used. Bathroom clean. I connected to Netflix on the TV easily. Dinner at the restaurant and breakfast brought to my room was quick, delicious, could be getter priced. I'm looking forward to returning!"

"The room is spotless and we felt guilty about coming in with snowy boots. I suggest water absorbent rugs at the door, at least during winter. The beds were comfortable and bedding pristine,far above the quality in any hotel chain. I appreciate the rail and bath mat, being of an age that one needs extra reassurance in the tub. We would certainly choose Green Gables again."
