"A good 3 nights stay despite the cold weather. The Premier room was just as expected from the pictures, comfortable, clean and warm, once the radiator was turned on, and quiet. Only downside was the noisy cold water tap and toilet refill. The breakfast was really nice, with plenty of choice, and the evening meals also good, helped by the friendly and helpful staff. Glad we didn't stay in the centre of the busy Durham, as the drive to the free Park & Ride bus was easy. "

"I always try and stay here on my trip to Newcastle, perfect location in the city centre. Would stay here a few times a year, only downside in the food in the restaurant Isn’t the best, breakfast is fine but the dinner can be hit or miss. "
