The house is idyllically situated in the second row at the end of a cul-de-sac – absolutely quiet and surrounded by nature, yet centrally located with many leisure activities nearby.



The amenities include three bedrooms, a bright living and dining area with a fireplace, three TVs with internet TV, a modern full bathroom with shower, bathtub and washer-dryer, as well as an additional guest WC. A baby cot is available for families. A separate home office workspace with fibre-optic internet allows you to work comfortably while travelling.



The fully equipped kitchen offers everything for cooking enthusiasts: dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, a small freezer, a kitchen machine and a Thermomix alternative.



In the fenced garden, surrounded by cherry laurel and tall trees, you can regularly spot squirrels – a real nature highlight!
