"This was a nice place, but overpriced. The sinks in the bathroom need to be updated as there is corrosion on the handles. We stayed here for the novelty of getting to stay in Robert‘s house, but we probably won’t stay here again, as we have found nicer places during our other stays in Key West that are much less expensive and have amenities and parking."

I deducted one star because, given the traditional style of the house, it lacks impact-resistant windows to block out noise, and the roosters woke me up very early. Overall, however, we were very pleased and recommend the property; the neighborhood itself is an attraction."

"The room was clean. The breakfast was limited to yogurts, fresh pastries, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffee, bagels and was good and fresh. We did not hear any noise from other guests or from street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was ice cold when we arrived and we had to move it up a few degrees. Highly recommend this house."

"We have been to Key West 8 times and have stayed at a few different places. The Conch House Heritage Inn was the best, without a doubt. Sincerely nothing could’ve been better we had the Best Continental Breakfast ever, the Coffee was great. Staff so welcoming and gave us a tour upon check-in (that’s never happened anywhere before) Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing and top notch All the way. We will Most Definitely be coming back Huge Thank you :) Best staff"

"Literally a few meters from Duval Street - the centre of activity in Key West - the hotel was ideally situated. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was excellent too, just be aware that there are a couple of flights of stairs to access it, so wouldn’t suit the infirm. Would happily stay there again."

"Absolutely love the Duval House and can't recommend it enough!! The central location is perfect!! The rooms were so clean and the staff are so sweet and helpful.♡ The only issue I had was that the deck needs cleaned of lizard poop daily. It was like stepping around land mines to breakfast, but other than that the Duval House will be my top recommendation to all."
