"Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation."

"Honestly, worst experience I've ever had renting a property. Felt like I got scammed from the start. Arrived at JFK at 3. Still had no address from host. Was about 3:30 & I had to tell the taxi to head to the Upper West Side & I would give him address when I got it. When we finally got a response from "host," it was after 4 on day of check in. Got to address he gave me & it was a completely different property. Neither the host nor the property mgmt company bothered to mention that they changed...

"Cons:-Check in was rough. 2 separate addresses were provided which confused things and the host preferred to play chat tag as opposed to calling to efficiently communicate. Lock box was hard to find, attached to something other than what was described and the key was in the wrong lock box. -Lock on the outside of the door to the apt itself was very hard to lock/unlock. -toilet is very small, if you are bigger than a small child you have to sit side saddle on it due to how close to the wall it...
