"Check in experience was different, so my only advice is watch for an email from the property before arrival. It wasn't difficult, just wasn't expecting it and had to complete when we got to the hotel. Staff on site was extremely helpful and everyone was also very friendly. "An important aspect that the apartment fully checked was the cleanliness: it was way better than what you usually get for a 3-star hotel - of the same price or more expensive - in the USA (from my personal experience). "Our stay was wonderful- the apartment was just what we needed for a family of 6. Needed the extra space! Location just a few blocks from the subway was perfect. When we reached out, the owner was gr wast and responded within seconds. Highly recommend!"

"It was an amazing experience staying at this property. It was very well managed, clean, quiet and spacious unit. Did not face any issues or surprises. Great location. The owner is very polite, responsive and resourceful. It was an absolute joy to stay at this well maintained unit with new fittings and amenities. Would love to come back again.
