"The house and property are quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed a few sunsets in front of the fire pit. The weather wasn’t great while we were there so unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy the lake life more. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We were also greeted with their lovable boys. The pups just wanted to hang out with us and get pets. I would love to visit again. "

"My stay was excellent!"

"I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area. I also really loved the modernist of the apartment and all the accessories that came with it, me and my partner really didnt have to go any where to have a good time in a luxury stay. Overall it was amazing and I will definitely be booking again."

"Great house, yard, dock, view, location, and very responsive hosts. When we weren't on the boat, we spent most of our waking hours on the covered deck, with ceiling fans to keep us comfortable. The yard was great for cornhole, badminton and CanJam. Would rent this house again!"

"We decided to try a different vacation on a lake this year A lot of the family had never been to a lake and this house couldn’t have been more perfect. The pool was an incredible perk and it had the best view of the lake. We could swim in the lake during the day and the pool at night. The pool had lights and a hot tub. The owner of the property was very responsive and kind. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 12. The setup was great too. I would highly recommend!"

"I rented the cottage so my son and daughter in law could have a couple of peaceful days before leaving for their honeymoon. They loved it !!!! It might become their anniversary retreat."

"This is an amazing house in an ideal location in Charlotte. Walking distance to a lot of places and a short uber ride to BOA Stadium. Ideal for families traveling but if all adults, note that three of the bedrooms are children’s rooms."

"Home/pool/spa were amazing! The upstairs bunk room and play room were perfect for our grandchildren. Beautifully decorated. Lots of little details that are not always available in other rental homes. Best place our family has stayed in the past 6 years, hands down and Kim was very responsive and personable. Highly recommend."
