I extended my booking for one additional day well in advance—20 days prior—and confirmed the total charges for the two-day stay at the time of the extension. I also reconfirmed the amount before checking in.
However, after checking out, I was shocked to find multiple transactions on my credit card totaling $350 more than the agreed booking amount. I immediately contacted the hotel, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any explanation or resolution.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The lack of transparency and accountability in the billing process is unacceptable, especially from a reputed group like Hilton.
Based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider booking with Hilton properties in the future and will be cautious about recommending them to others.
I request that this issue be investigated promptly
