"Enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were nice. Bed very comfy, bathrooms not great, but very clean. Had some issues with communications at the onset but they got better with our stay. Location is very nice for families or people wanting a lake experience. We wanted to go downtown and that was a jaunt."

"We were attending a family wedding in Scandia, but also visiting with relatives in the Twin Cities. This charming Forest Lake cottage was the perfect escape from all of the activity. It had everything we needed for our stay. Its location near the lake was ideal for relaxing walks and exploring the local area. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable and truly enjoyable. "Exactly as advertised. House was clean and everything worked properly. It is tucked back in a cute neighborhood where all the neighbors wave or smile at you as you’re driving by. The house was set up with everything we needed and then some, the host even left a small first aide kit with some bug spray, band-aides, and after bite itch gel, which just made us feel like he really cared to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. "We were there for a November wedding in Rush City and the location was perfect. Woke up to a beautiful sunrise across the backyard lake. Knew then what a great location it would be for a summer get away, too. Just a beautiful setting. Also appreciated the longer drive so the house seemed secluded. "

As someone who is not a morning person, I could be convinced to start waking up earlier to watch the sunrise over the lake. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for everything! "I cannot say enough about our stay on the Farm. We were welcomed by the farm Duck, Mr. Darcy as soon as we arrived and to see the chickens out and active and was a delight to see as we drove uo the gravel driveway. The farm pictures don't do this property justice. It's what the pictures show but 10,000 times better. Julie is an excellent host and the homemade blueberry muffins were delicious.
