"We got to breakfast an hour before they close and there was no coffee and no staff to ask for coffee. The key fob for the door quit working at 9 AM and checkout isn’t until 11 and there was no staff around to ask questions about it. On top of that, they took the $50 for the damage deposit and we left the room in perfect condition."

"There is no elevator , no water dispenser to fill water . Asked for a walk up call , didn’t get it . No hand towels . One face cloth for a two queen bedroom. "

"You really don’t want me to rate my experience, the last time my mom and I stayed at this hotel it was fine, simple clean room with no extras. We were happy enough with our experience to reserve again last week. Our next experience gives terrible a whole new meaning, our room was a bio hazard and we checked in too late to find other accommodations. I’m still waiting to hear from My Place for a refund, or at the very least an apology for putting a customer in said “bio hazard” room. My Place...
