"Room was so hot. 75 degrees, we contacted the front desk and they told my husband to take it apart and try to fix it which made no sense.. like we're the guests!! Send maintenance to come and fix it! They told us there was nothing else they could do since what my husband did didn't work. "

"Room was decent. We couldn’t connect to the WiFi to save our lives. When we called they said connect to any of the Radisson names none of them worked at all. Breakfast was ok not the best. Vending machines and ice machines on our floor did not work. It was an ok stay for the price most likely will not be coming there again. One of the main reason I chose this Hotel was because of the restaurant/ bar was going to celebrate my birthday with some friends didn’t find out until the day of my bday...

"Service without a smile. No greeting whatsoever. Room was dirty and run down. Smelled like an old house. Sticky dust on the wire shelves. Outside of fridge not cleaned well. Countertops dirty, drops of stuff dried on it. Artwork in bathroom ripped. Laminate on the end tables torn. We had to use our disinfectant wipes to clean EVERY surface area just in case. Did not feel clean staying here. I told my husband that we should just leave and get another place but he was tired from driving and said...

Door did not close 100%. Staff good. parking ok as long as you pay attention to the pot holes. Check out easy."

"Hotel staff was friendly enough. You could hear everything through the hotel room door. I was awakened by the cleaning staff talking loudly in hallway. Could hear children running in hallway late at night. Hotel maintenance was subpar and not the cleanest. I would not recommend this hotel."

"This was the first time at this Hotel and the last time, they don't supply anything, evreting need to be requested, no shampoo, empty cabinet, broken window glass, no clening room, I need to take out the garbage Breakfast was only coffee, nutri grain bar, and oats, we take the hotel for emergency Because we have broken water pipe at home and was very close to our house, we have hotel for many years with Expedia and this was the worst in my life. 😫😪😪"
