"Expedia sold me this fake booking for CAD $128 at 8:30pm. When we get there at 11:30 pm, we are told by a VERY rude receptionist that they had no rooms available and us being stranded after driving 6 hours was "not his problem". So we had to call across town and ended up paying walk-in prices of USD $165 elsewhere. This is clearly your fault, Expedia, for facilitating this exchange. I have already left a full report on BBB about this. You guys have to be held accountable for this, and I expect...

"The bed was not clean. The head of house keeping was supposed to come and fix but never showed up. The person I told left without fixing. It was the evening shift bartender that came up and changed my sheets. Her name was Lacey. She was great!!!"

"We have a service dog and I was not expecting a pristine room because, you know, dogs. But I do expect clean. The room was a just wee bit worn, but spotlessly clean theoughout, which is a testament to the housekeeping crew who kept it that way every day of our stay.
The staff was lovely and my husband reports that the pool and gym were very nice. We orginally chose this Hyatt for its location, which worked out perfectly for all of us, dog included. We will be back"

"Loved access to the la fitness. The staff at front desk were very friendly and attentive. My only issue was with the ac unit in the room being very noisy and the body wash in shower not dispensing. Room was clean and bag plenty of space. Really like the toilet separate from the shower. Would stay again."

"Room was large and well maintained. Missing a safe to lock personal items. Housekeeping did a good job. Pool was closed for unknown reasons on Friday and late shift staff seemed not to care when we asked about it. Free continental breakfast was very bad. Imitation sausage, scrambled eggs were like pellets, bagels stale Fresh fruit and yogurt were good. Parking was secure and ample."
